Bus Request Procedures
Secondary Fine Arts Teachers Procedure:
- Bus Requests are entered on Transfinder
- Link will only work on EPISD wifi
- First time users- set-up access by emailing Mr. Saenz and Vicky Vargas for credentials.
- All HS & MS EPISD fine arts teachers are responsible for entering bus requests.
- Here is the link to the Bus Request Teacher Training
- For multiple day events, enter request for first day.
- When contest schedule is released, reference trip number to revise the trip details.
- If you follow this process, you will not be charged late fees.
- Bus Requests made inside the 10 day window will incur a $100 late fee.
- Your campus will be responsible to pay for this fee.
- Send your trip lists to Jackie Nunez and Mark Saenz to make sure trips have been entered correctly.
- Any questions please reach out.
- Work with your campus administration to enter any bus requests.
- Bus Requests - received inside the 10 day window will incur a $100 late fee.
- Paying for these bus trips is a courtesy funded by Fine Arts for your programs.
- Help us sustain this program by ensuring that all bus requests are entered in a timely manner.
- Bus Requests made inside the 10 day window will incur a $100 late fee.
- ANY BUS Reservations cancelled on the day of will incur a $85 late charge billed to YOUR campus.
- Fine Arts will NOT pay late or cancellation fees.
